Chinese New Year 2010 is just around the corner. As same as last year, there is  Chinese New Year Cultural and Heritage Celebration in Penang on 2010. The objective of this special event is to introduce traditional Chinese culture in a grand manner and celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year.
